Tyro Auto Surcharge

If you are using Tyro Integrated EFTPOS, congratulations that it can support Auto Surcharge rate and no need for you to worry about surcharge. Just enable that on backoffice and it can be configured automaticly.

Non-Integrated EFTPOS

If you are using EFTPOS from other bank. You can config surcharge and apply that manually on Taptouch POS.

• Enable surcharge and set up rate on back office.

• Apply surcharge on Taptouch POS system

1. Choose Debit card if no surcharge happen.
2. Choose Credit card if you would like to apply Surcharge to customer with rate on backoffice.
